I did that to a 26 inch bike, took it apart after a week because it looked stupid.
That type of bike was a chore to ride, form over function. If you want a practical bike for getting around, you have the wrong idea. Turning one type of bike into something it was never intended to be is not likely to turn out well
Just ask around your local bike shops or hunt for it on amazon or ebay.
Theirs this one in a shop in town I’d like to own and they’re asking like $250.
