Got him a 20″ Stingray OCC on Ebay for a decent price, but it was too small. Looking at 20″ Electra RatRod, but scared to commit again with no “hands on” trial. We live in a smaller town, so very limited selection locally – our bike shop selection runs to $500 to $2000 bikes, not what a first-year teacher can afford even for a special kid.
