I have a bump near my knee no pain whats wrong?

I fell off my bike, landed on my knee and was in pain, months on and I noticed a bump appeared near my knee and it comes out. There is no pain but I **** people touching it because it makes me *** xD
I been doctors for an x-ray but havent got the results yet.

If your good with all this stuff then do you know whats wrong with my knee? What could this little bump be?
